Face City, Newcastle There Will Parking Bus
Newcastle – Newcastle United will travel to the headquarters of Manchester City this weekend. Although out of the front line fierce opponent has, the Magpies will not play defensive.
Caretaker Newcastle, John Carver, said that his team had a chance to win at the Etihad Stadium. “We have to play there with confidence.”
“We will not park the bus. We have a plan we will execute –dan it– plan, but we also have to put pressure on them.”
Carver then leverage achieved Newcastle’s 2-0 victory in the League Cup in October 2014. The victory at the Etihad Stadium, Carver said, is not a coincidence.
“We played there in the English League Cup and fully deserved to win.”
“It is not strange results. We look good that night against a strong team of Manchester City. We know that they will face Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday next. So, I am not sure what changes they would make,” said Carver.
In fact, long-Newcastle never win when faced with the City in the Premier League. In the last five meetings in the Premier League, Newcastle always lose.
Newcastle’s last victory over City in the Premier League event occurred in the 2005/2006 season, precisely on September 24, 2005, aka almost ten years ago.
