Allegri Relax Respond Tevez statement about Contract
Turin – Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri will not think too much about Carlos Tevez statement about his reluctance to extend the contract. Allegri also believes Tevez will remain professional until his contract runs out.
Tevez contract with Juve will expire in the summer of 2016. But recently, the 30-year-old striker declared that he had no plans to add to his stay at Juventus Stadium.
Losing Tevez would be a huge loss for Juve. For Argentine striker are the mainstay in the line of attack Bianconeri in the last two seasons.
Last season, he became the top scorer of Juve with a notch 19 goals in Serie A. While in this season, Tevez also still leads the scoring charts with 10 goals.
Although Tevez signaled a move away, Allegri not worry. He also believes the former Manchester City will also remain professional until the contract expires.
“There are 1.5 years and people often changed his mind, he might say that while being relaxed. In addition, I think there is nothing strange about what he said,” Allegri said as quoted by Football Italia.
“We are professional and one of us could consider leaving the team, or stop altogether, or back to the country,” said Allegri.
“But I think there is nothing strange, and I think Tevez will remain professional until the end. A professional might want to go, and in this case he was right to do that, for the kindness and the club,” he added.
